Magni 594 is a chrome-free duplex fastener coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an aluminum-rich, friction-modified topcoat. Magni 594 provides superior product performance in fewer layers than comparable finishes. Fewer processing steps results in improved quality and reduced costs. Magni 594 is designed for use on fasteners such as nuts, bolts, screws and other types of hardware. Magni 594 is silver/gray in appearance and can be applied via dip/spin or spray application methods.
