Main Duties 1. Prime role of Customer Engineering is being the voice of the customer and to open the way for new business. 2. Responsible for aligning the product specification between customer needs and Nedschroef's capabilities. 3. Responsible for leading the various customer development projects to be conducted by systematically approach, Striving for being involved in new development projects from very beginning. 4. Active alignment with sales for new applications ,resulting new markets through technical solutions. 5. Control the introduction of new and modified parts into the customer supply chain. 6. Develop sustainable business in fasteners and similar parts destined for the automotive industry. 7. See the new needs of the customer and builds up in here. Qualification 1. Bachelor degree in Engineering 2. Communicates ideas and information in such a way that others recognize and understand the essence to ensure commitment of them. 3. Well acknowledged with MS Office and PC-CAD/Auto-CAD 4. Fluent English in speaking and writing 5. Min 3 years working experience in fastener industry or fastener related industry, preferable in a trading or production-environment. 6. Experienced with problem solving methods and techniques
