英文展开 Gem-Year Industrial Co., LTD.is the individual ownership of Taiwan investment, it was founded in November 1995 by the authorization of Zhejiang province government. It's the super manufactory of fasteners in the world, the total investment is USD 106 million, and the registered capital is USD 62 million.
The company lies in the economic development zone of Jiashan where is very near from Shanghai, beside with the famous antique town---XITANG.
The total area is 230,000 square meters, the area of building is 150,000 square meters, and has own wharf within the company. The capacity of automatic warehouse is 100,000 tons. It has thousands of imported advanced manufacturing and testing facilities, and using the excellent raw material from the big steel mills in China or abroad. The M.I.S. system was adopted as the managing system; Have more than 20 years experiences from Jinn Her (Taiwan) and Chin Well (Malaysia---public company). Producing all kinds of bolts, screws, nuts, fine drawn wires performing to GB, ANSI,DIN, JIS, ISO standards and other off standard products, the annual output is about 200,000 tons. The products are sells in U.S.A., Europe, Japan markets and applied in aviation, automobile, motorcycle, agricultural tractor, construction, electric power,energy, traffic, electron, communication, home appliance, mechanism, furniture and some important projects etc.
The Q.C. system had passed ISO9001, QS9000 accreditation, and had approved by A2LA, it also have the certificate of the 1st class management of exporting goods awarded by the CCIB of P.R.C. bureau.
Jinn-Well Auto-parts(Zhejiang)Co., Ltd. was invested by Gem-Year group and located in Jiashan too, it will put to production on Oct.2003, the total investment amount is USD 29.8 million, registered capital is USD 12 million. It will mainly produce the high strength fasteners for automobiles.
GEM-YEAR group is growing as the multiple development strategy. WISE Enterprise(Zhejiang)Co., Ltd. also was invested by Gem-Year group and growing very fast, they are supplying automatic warehouse including design, manufacture, fixing services and etc.
The “TAIWAN FASTENER INDUSTRY CITY” was invested by Gem-Year group also, it has more than 600, 000 square meters, there are more than 20 Taiwan factories had come and built their new factories, the total invest amount had more than USD 70 million……
